This site is dedicated to the memory of
Joel Scott Svatek:
son, brother, friend.

I wanted to put something up that would be here awhile.  There are some
nice tributes to Joel up on the web right now, but eventually memories fade,
people move on.  
So I wanted to create something that everyone could visit from time to time, and remember all the good about Joel
(which is all there ever was anyway...).
Not to dwell or mourn, but simply a place to come and remember,
and hopefully when you leave here it will be with a smile.

This will be a work in progress, I'm still kind of sorting out
exactly what I want to do here.
(And I'm no web guru, so it will stay pretty simple...) 
In the meantime, enjoy what's here, and if you have any suggestions
or contributions, e-mail me.  This site belongs to all of us.
